It all began over a coffee in a dainty coffee shop in Kenny Hills, Kuala Lumpur where an opportunity arise to transform a prime real estate calledTaman Saujana (east of Taman Molek) to a desired place people come home to.
We name this home Seraya Villa which comprises 40 units of gems out of a total number of 330 bungalow lots located along Persiaran Saujana, Molek East, Johor Bahru.
Seraya means princess and was the name of a palace. The character of Seraya is ambitious, self-confident, determined and self-reliant and have a strong unyielding willpower and courage. New projects, new ideas and the desire for expansion, all allow them to go forth with courage, originality and decisiveness.

Johor Bahru–Singapore Rapid Transit System
RTS Link
The Johor Bahru–Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link is an international cross-border rapid transit system that will connect Malaysia's second largest city, Johor Bahru and Woodlands, Singapore, crossing the Straits of Johor. It will consist of two stations, with the Malaysian terminus at Bukit Chagar Station and the Singaporean terminus at Woodlands North Station, which also interchanges with Singapore's Thomson-East Coast MRT line.
Both stations will consist of co-located customs, immigration and quarantine facilities of both countries. When built, the RTS Link will be the second rail link between the two countries after the KTM Intercity's Shuttle Tebrau, between JB Sentral and Woodlands Train Checkpoint.
